Mini Box PC CM-EPC12

As the manufacturing industry increasingly prioritizes technological autonomy and information security, industrial control products must meet the demands of intelligent upgrades. Against this backdrop, Chenmeng Technology has officially launched its new industrial control computer, the CM-EPC12, built on Intel Core series processors from the 12th to 14th generations, injecting a “powerful core” into mini Box PCs.

The CM-EPC12 supports the Windows/Linux ecosystem, featuring high-speed expansion capabilities such as PCIe×16, M.2, SATA, USB, and COM ports. It is compatible with mainstream software and hardware configurations and is suitable for applications in defense and aerospace, government and finance, energy and power, smart transportation, and industrial IoT sectors.

1. A Powerful Intel Core Processor

The CM-EPC12 is equipped with an Intel Core i9 12th-generation processor (Intel Core series 12th to 14th-generation processors), featuring a single-chip design with 16 cores and 24 threads, a maximum clock speed of 3.6GHz, 30MB of high-speed cache, and support for up to 64GB of DDR5 memory. This powerful performance ensures smooth operation and effortlessly handles multi-tasking and real-time control requirements.

 

2. Ultra-high expandability, one device with multiple functions

The CM-EPC12 features built-in PCIe×16, M.2, and SATA high-speed slots, allowing for scalable storage expansion or integration of professional modules as needed, flexibly addressing smart upgrade requirements while reducing the cost of replacing the entire system.

The interface section supports 14×USB + 6×COM + 2×GbE + 8×GPIO multi-port connectivity, compatible with VGA/PS2 legacy devices, meeting diverse application scenarios and rapid deployment requirements.

3. Precision Engineering, Built to Last

The CM-EPC12 features a fully metallic SGCC chassis design with an internal fan and three-sided honeycomb cooling channels to accelerate heat dissipation, preventing throttling or hardware damage, ensuring sustained cool and efficient operation.

The CM-EPC12 utilizes industrial-grade components, passing reliability tests for wide temperature (-10°C to 60°C), wide voltage (DC 12V to 36V), anti-interference, anti-static, and anti-vibration. It features a three-proof coating motherboard and built-in functions such as power-on boot, remote wake-up, and automatic reset, capable of handling 24/7 unattended high-intensity operational loads.
